Casin dei spiriti

Casin dei Spiriti is a Venetian building that has been through three centuries. Once encompassing a naval workshop, a carpentry workshop and a vocational school, after two years and a half of work, the site was brought to its former glory reinterpreted.

Designed and developed by a famous architect, our 5 apartments are modern, comfortable and elegant. They have been recently restored and beautifully furnished to welcome visitors.

The apartments Tintoretto and Veronese can host up to 4 people, while Bellini, Giorgione and Tiziano can host up to 6 people.

Immersed in the typical Sestiere of Cannaregio, this place is a very calm area yet little known from tourists. You'll be at a walking distance from the famous Strada Nuova which links the train station, Rialto Bridge and San Mark's Square. It's also an ideal location to reach the beautiful islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

You'll be able to enjoy quiet moments of peace immersed in art and water, alongside an art gallery which regularly offers delightful exhibitions.

Our apartments :

The 5 flats are all equipped with AC and composed of a living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, with the bedroom(s) and bathrooms upstairs. There is also a small private courtyard in front of each apartment, with outdoor table and chairs.

Tintoretto: up to 4 people (1 bedrooms, Sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms)

Tiziano: up to 6 people, (2 bedrooms, Sofa bed for 2, 3 bathrooms)

Veronese: up to 4 people (1 bedrooms, Sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms)
